The Board of Elders, commonly called the "Board", runs the church's day-to-day operations when the congregation is not seated. Elections for the Board happen on a rotating basis in 3 year cycles, with the person winning the election seated on the Board. The Board is made up of the church's Teaching Elders (our pastor(s), minister(s), clergy folks), and the Ruling Elders who are laity and share power in the decision-making process.
Martin, known lovingly by his parish as "Marty", grew up in Missouri where his fascination with religion and faith began. From an early age, he appreciated the diversity within the Christian tradition. This idea guides him today in his interactions and preaching, having respect for people of all faith traditions. He was ordained into the ministry in 2017 at Church of Grace in New Jersey, having done his apprenticeship in their Street Ministry. Rev. Feltz has a passion for Jesus, music, and community. He is married to Asya Feltz.
